The site is aimed at coaches, however, if you love Rugby League you should find some things of interest inside. My thanks to the many coaches and players that I have worked with over the years. Most of the ideas are not original, they come from years of experience.

Bob Wood's site is no longer available on the internet, so i have tried to recreate his site the best i could with what i had available. There will be many images unavailable for us but all the information is here.
